The couple’s wedding was organised by gay group Blue Diamond Society, run by Nepal’s best-known gay activist, MP Sunil Pant. Sunil Pant, Nepal's GLBT activist and founder of the Blue Diamond Society. When he set up the Blue Diamond Society, Sunil Babu Pant thought gays were rare in Nepal, and that they would be as rare as the blue gems. Nepal’s LGBT-rights organization Blue Diamond Society announced they’ll host the nation’s first-ever LGBT sporting event this September. I am the founder and director of Blue Diamond Society, Nepal’s first LGBTI (, gay, biual, transgender, and inter) rights organization. It is being funded by the British Embassy and will be prepared and distributed by the Blue Diamond Society, Nepal’s gay rights group. Friends of Blue Diamond aims to build support for the Blue Diamond Society, Nepal's leading LGBT support and rights advocacy group. BDS struggle for ual and gender minorities in Nepal. Mr Pant, founder of Blue Diamond Society, was named in May as one of five representatives of the Communist Party of Nepal-United in the 601 member new constituent assembly.
